A Court of Thorns and Roses

by Sarah J. Maas · 2015

A Court of Thorns and Roses is a dark, seductive retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Nineteen-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, only to be dragged to a treacherous, magical land by a creature demanding retribution. She discovers her captor is not a beast, but a lethal, immortal faerie named Tamlin. As Feyre adapts to her new life, her hostility toward Tamlin transforms into a fiery passion. However, an ancient, wicked shadow is growing in the faerie lands, and Feyre must act to save Tamlin and his world from doom.
